The concept of Bonfires Tortilla Bar is really quite simple. By choice we have NO FREEZERS, NO MICROWAVE OVENS, and NO FRYER. Fresh choices for your custom made JUMBO SIZED hand-held burrito is the theme here. From hand-cut sirloin and chicken seasoned with our own fajita spice blend and marinade, to zesty salsas and guacamole. Bonefire’s is dedicated to homemade freshness with over 25 Fresh-Mex toppings and sauces.
Although, a burrito joint with a name like Bonfire’s might conjure images of a hot, fiery cuisine, the fillings and toppings are actually uniquely seasoned with spices such as garlic, cilantro and lime juice. For the more adventurous, we can heat things up with our Cayenne Pepper sauce, Chipotle BBQ sauce or our Afterburner Sauce made from insanely hot habaneras. Bonfire’s burritos are prepared with your choice of flour, spinach, honey wheat, tomato basil, Cheddar jalapeno or garlic & herb tortilla. Available in three sizes, the REGULAR exceeds one pound. The “BEAST” weighs in at over TWO POUNDS and the Junior is just under a pound. Under your watchful eye, our Burrito Technicians will build your perfect burrito, quickly and accurately.
